Your use of Wilzy App constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, including any modifications made from time to time. Continued use of the application following updates will be deemed as agreement to the revised terms.

Wilzy App is owned and operated by Wilzy Holding, headquartered in SODIC Eastown EDNC, Building 5, Office 001, 90th St., New Cairo, Egypt. The use of this application and any disputes that may arise are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Egyptian courts.

Online trading involves reliance on technology that may experience failures, interruptions, or delays. System errors, technical glitches, or connectivity issues may affect order execution, pricing, or access to services. You acknowledge and accept these risks when using Wilzy App.

You acknowledge, agree, and declare that:

• Investing in securities is subject to various risks, including, among others, market risk, currency risk, default risk, and liquidity risk.
• Income from securities, and their value or price, may fluctuate.
• Basis and levels of taxation may change, which would impact the expected return from such securities.
• Foreign currency rates of exchange may affect the value of or income from any security, in which case you undertake to seek financial guidance when determining whether an investment opportunity or strategy is appropriate or suitable for you.
• Wilzy, its officers, directors, managers, partners, shareholders, agents, successors, assigns, and/or any third party contractors thereof shall not be liable for any losses incurred by you as a result of any transaction undertaken or executed by you.

You further acknowledge, agree, and declare that:

• Any mention herein of the risks associated with undertaking or executing transactions involving the sale and purchase of securities should not be deemed to be a disclosure of all risks or a complete discussion of the risks which may materialize.
• Wilzy, its officers, directors, managers, partners, shareholders, agents, successors, assigns, and/or any third party contractors thereof shall not be liable for any losses incurred by you as a result of any transaction undertaken or executed by you.

By using Wilzy App, you agree and acknowledge that:

• You are solely responsible for your trading decisions, research, and management of your account.
• You accept the inherent risks of trading in financial markets, as further detailed in your contract.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and any actions taken under your account.
• You will use Wilzy App in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• You are encouraged to seek independent financial advice before making investment decisions.

Wilzy is not legally obligated to compensate for losses, damages, or liabilities arising from:

• Misuse of the application by the client.
• Unauthorized access or improper handling of the platform.
• Errors or trade cancellations imposed by the Financial Regulatory Authority (FRA) or the Egyptian Stock Exchange (EGX), provided such cancellations are not caused by Wilzy.
• Technical issues or disruptions beyond Wilzy's control.

Wilzy does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation of the application.

You acknowledge, agree, and declare that the information, content, data, and services which appear on the application or which are made available to you by Wilzy (or by any third party) are not intended for distribution to, or use by, any person or entity in any jurisdiction or country where such distribution or use would be contrary to any applicable laws or regulations, or would subject Wilzy to any registration requirement within such jurisdiction or country.

You acknowledge, agree, and declare that the Wilzy data is provided on an "as is" basis. Wilzy does not warrant the accuracy, validity, completeness, timeliness, usefulness, or quality of the data, either expressly or impliedly, for any particular purpose, and Wilzy expressly disclaims any warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

You acknowledge, agree, and declare that Wilzy, its officers, directors, managers, partners, shareholders, agents, successors, assigns, and any third party contractors thereof shall not be liable for any claims, actions, losses, liabilities, costs, damages (financial, moral, or otherwise), and expenses (including, without limitation, attorney's fees, charges, and disbursements) incurred by you as a result of your reliance on or use of the Wilzy data, or as a result of any failure or interruption affecting the application, whether or not the circumstances giving rise to such cause may have been within the control of Wilzy or any third party contractors thereof providing software or services support.

In no event shall Wilzy, its officers, directors, managers, partners, shareholders, agents, successors, assigns, and any third party contractors thereof be liable to you for any direct, special, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages of any kind, including but not limited to loss of profits, income, revenue, goodwill, or data, even if Wilzy has been advised of the possibility thereof.

All content provided within Wilzy App is for personal use only. It does not constitute an offer, solicitation, or recommendation to buy or sell securities, nor does it provide investment advice or professional services.

The content must not be distributed, reproduced, or used in jurisdictions where such activities would violate applicable laws or regulations.

You undertake not to (i) download any portion of the Wilzy data, (ii) copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, and/or transmit any portion of the Wilzy data, and/or (iii) remove or obscure any copyright or other notices or legends contained in any such Wilzy data.

Wilzy may keep electronic records of all communications, instructions, and transactions conducted through the application. By using Wilzy App, you consent to such record-keeping in compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

Wilzy makes no express or implied warranties regarding the security, accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness, or suitability of the application or its content.

We disclaim all liability for errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in the information provided, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Wilzy reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be published within the application and will apply immediately upon posting.
