Account Deletion
You can request the deletion of your account and all associated personal data at any time by contacting us at compliance@wilzy.com.
Before submitting a request, please ensure all securities are sold, all funds are withdrawn, and no pending orders remain.
Once submitted, you have 30 days to cancel your request and reactivate your account. After that, your data will be permanently deleted.
Please note: As a regulated brokerage licensed by the Financial Regulatory Authority (FRA), we are legally required to retain certain records (identity, transaction history, KYC/AML data) for a minimum period as prescribed by Egyptian law. This data will not be used for any commercial purpose.
Before submitting a request, please ensure all securities are sold, all funds are withdrawn, and no pending orders remain.
